Pricing

Priced by the house, not by the headcount

One flat monthly rate for each house you run. Every support worker who rotates through that house is included, so a month of heavy turnover costs the same as a quiet one.

Group home staffing moves. Casuals pick up shifts, relief covers vacation, and one house can run three different support workers through a single weekend. Pricing software by the person turns ordinary turnover into another number you have to watch. Easydocks prices the house instead, and you add everyone who needs access to it.

What it costs

PLACEHOLDER — price not set

per house, per month

What one house covers

  • Shift documentation and daily logs for every resident in the house
  • A cash trust ledger with a separate envelope for each resident
  • Critical Incident Reports, each carrying a deadline Easydocks sets 24 hours from the moment of the incident
  • The Abuse Protection and Response Process, kept walled off from the incident record
  • Every support worker, manager, and relief staff member who works the house

Add as many staff profiles to a house as it takes to cover the rotation. Deactivating someone who has left removes their access and changes nothing on your invoice. The entries they wrote stay attributed to them, because a record that loses its author stops being a record.

Setup is a separate, one-time fee

Getting off paper is real work, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. Your houses have to be set up, resident files imported, task schedules built, and your staff shown how to use it on a phone. That is quoted once, up front, so it never turns up as a surprise line on a monthly invoice.

Your records stay yours

You can export everything in your account at any time while it is active. If you leave, you get a full export and written confirmation that your data has been deleted. There is no exit fee, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.

Tax and billing

All prices in Canadian dollars, plus GST.

Billed monthly by invoice. Net 30. Payment by EFT or cheque.

Questions worth asking

What happens when staff leave?

Nothing changes on your invoice. You pay for the house, so a month where you lose two support workers and hire three costs exactly what a quiet month costs. Deactivate the people who left and their access ends that day. What they wrote stays in the record, still attributed to them, because that is what makes it usable at a review.

What counts as one house?

One physical residence where residents live. If you run four houses, you are billed for four, whatever the staffing pattern across them looks like and however many residents each one supports.

Is there a contract term or lock-in?

The service agreement is put in front of you in writing before you sign anything, and it states the term and the notice period in plain language. There is no exit fee and no penalty for leaving.

Who owns the data?

You do. Resident records, shift notes, cash entries, and incident reports are your organization's records. Blueprint Solutions handles them on your instruction under a data processing agreement, and does not sell them, share them, or train anything on them.

What happens to our records if we cancel?

You get a complete export of everything in your account, in a documented format that other software can read, followed by written confirmation of deletion. The export is available right through your notice period, so you are never waiting on a final day to get your own files back.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how many houses you run, how many residents you support, and whether you are coming off paper or off another system. The schedule is worked out with you and written into the quote before you sign, so you are not agreeing to an open-ended project.

Is anyone running this yet?

No. Easydocks is not yet in use in an operator's houses, and you should hear that here rather than work it out later. Being first means the roadmap answers to what your houses actually need, and it means carrying the risk that goes with being first. Both are worth putting on the table on the call.

Tell me how many houses you run and how you work today. You will get a written quote and the agreements to read, before anything is signed.
